Is there anything better than a good sale? I certainly don’t think so, especially when all your most coveted and most used items are included. SO let me tell you about this sale going on..

For starters, beauty and skincare products are in a category that just doesn’t go on sale very often. Unless you happen to have a coupon, you most likely aren’t going to find these items (that you literally buy allll the time because you use them alll the time) on sale. So when there is a sale going on, you now you need to either A) stock up on some of your most used products, or B) you realize it’s the perfect time to try something new. As we all know, Sephora has their Sephora sale event only 2x a year. HOWEVER, they threw us a curve ball this year. Right now through August 23rd, Sephora is having a sale where if you spend $75 you get $15 dollars off your purchase OR if you spend $100 you get $20 off your purchase. That basically means you get 20% off your purchase either way. Like, you don’t even get that during their Sephora sale!!

For me, this is SUCH a good sale. Since I had recently purchased new makeup that I needed and I’m pretty stocked on skincare, I chose to purchase some items that I have been dying to try. But before I get into what I ordered to try, I first want to share items that I have and LOVE.

Skincare

1 // Isle of Paradise | These are THE best self tanning drops are they are so easy to use, are streak free, and leaves you with the prettiest, glowing skin. And the best part is, YOU control how dark your skin gets depending on how many drops you use. I always purchase shade Medium and use approximately 6 drops on each limb ( I know, weird to say, but wasn’t sure the best way to?). Also has CLEAN ingredients.
2 // Saturday Skin Refining Peel Gel| This stuff works absolute magic on your skin. You should have seen my and my mom ooohing and ahhing at this stuff when we tested it in store one day. This is magic for exfoliating your skin and getting all of the dead skin away. Your skin is beyond smooth after using this. Also has CLEAN ingredients.
3 // Summer Fridays Jet Lag Mask | This mask is soo beyond hydrating. I love using this when I feel like I need that extra boost to plumb and hydrate my skin for that radiating look. Also has CLEAN ingredients.
4 // Drunk Elephant Protini Polypeptide Moisturizer | I had a pretty large trial size of this that I have started using, and I LOVE it. It makes my skin feel SO hydrated. Click here to read more about this awesome moisturizer. I will probably buy this once I run out of the trial size. I am becoming a huge fan of Drunk Elephant products. Also has CLEAN ingredients.

Makeup

1 // Charlotte Tilbury Magic Foundation | This is by far my favorite foundation. It has extremely good coverage. I have literally been using this foundation for over three years now. I’ve tried some others and I didn’t love any of them like I love this one. I wear shade 6.
2 // Sephora Beauty Blender | This is the beauty blender that I currently use and I love.
3 // Urban Decay Vice Lipstick | Literally one of my favorite lipsticks ever. My favorite shades are Back Talk, Native, and Naked
4 // Laura Mercier Cavier Stick | This eye shadow stick has been a staple of mine for a long time now. I will use this by itself on a no-makeup, makeup day, but I also use this daily as both a primer and eye corner color. My favorite shade is Au Naturel, but also love Amethyst.
5 // Laura Mercier Eyebrow Pencil | This brush and pencil are SO easy to use and they give you use the best natural looking eye brows. I use shade Brunette.
6 // Laura Mercier Matte Liquid Lipstick | Love this lipstick. It’s a CLEAN brand of lipstick. I also want to try their CLEAN classic cream lipstick here.
7 // Tom Ford Eye Defining Pen | If you follow me on the gram, then you know my past with eyeliner.. this is THE ONLY eyeliner that I have EVER been able to use. I highly highly highly recommend this. If they ever stop making this, I will just have to stock up on it and then never wear it again. It’s so good & from what I’ve heard, It lasts a really long time so it’s worth the money. It literally lasts ALL day long and never ever smears. It’s truly a gift.
8 // Stila Mascara | My tried and true. I love this mascara and have been using it for years. It doesn’t flake and it makes your eyelashes look pretty and thick.
9 // Urban Decay Eye Shadow Palette | This is the palette that I have been using for well over a year now. I really love the colors & there are so many pretty options you can do (that are all neutral). The best palette ever.

Hair Products

1 // Drunk Elephant Happi Scalp Scrub | You guys… this scrub has literally saved my scalp. I have used this a few times already and I can’t even tell you how amazing my hair feels and how much it’s helped my scalp health. I definitely recommend this. This is a great product to get rid of product buildup and dead skin cells. Also has CLEAN ingredients.
2 // Sephora Makeup Hair Clips | I absolutely love these hair clips. They are perfect for keeping our hair out of your face while you put your makeup on. AND they leave NO creases in your hair!
3 // Living Proof Heat Styling Spray | I recently started using this product on my hair because I literally curl it all the time. So far, I am loving the product and my hair feels so smooth when using it.
4 // Living Proof Dry Shampoo | My favorite dry shampoo in the entire world. Literally can’t live without it.
5 // Living Proof Dry Volume Spray | This is by far the best texturizing spray for your hair. It’s SO good. I have been using Living Proof products for YEARS.

What I Purchased

These items I have literally been eyeing so I felt this was the best time to try them. I will be doing a blog post on these once I’ve used them for a little while. Until then, here are the items I purchased and am in the middle of testing. SO FAR, I love them all and have no negative reviews.
