Decorating my home is one of my favorite things to do. If you read my previous blog post about Affordable Home Finds, then you know I wish I would’ve changed my major in college to Interior Design. One of my favorite things to decorate with is blue and white ginger jars, vases, etc. {also known as Chinoiserie). Not only are they just beyond classic and timeless, they add that extra layer of chicness. They never go out of style, and there is just something that is very eye catching about them. But if the blue and white look isn’t your style, skip to the bottom.

A few types of blue and white pieces that I own + how I use them.

– Planter // I love adding indoor plants and succlents into my home. That touch of live greenery gives your space a homey feel.

– Jars // These make great statement pieces. These are so pretty when you have a few sitting together of various sizes.

– Vases // They make a great centerpiece. I currently have a blue and white vase filled with a faux flower arrangement I made. It is sitting on an antique side table in a corner of my living room {see bottom image for reference…this table needs work, so no judging}. This adds great height to areas that need it.

– Ceramic Balls // My husband gave me some as a stocking stuffer one Christmas. These are really pretty sitting in a bowl on top of a stack of coffee table books.

– Footbath // This set is my next purchase. I finally found them for a STEAL! This set of two is usally $160+, but I found them on sale for under $100. These are cute filled with moss as a centerpiece or on a console table. They would also be stunning filled with orchids {faux or real}.

If the blue and white look isn’t your style, then you need these. These are hand painted and stunning! These all come in a TON of colors for each style, I just picked one of each style to show you this differnt styles you can ordeer. You can even customize if you want.
