Amazon Prime Day is here which means so many good things & name brands are on MAJOR sale. Two of the best deals though is this Instant Pot and this Air Fryer that will make cooking easier + faster. Here’s why.

Let me start by saying, I have been very skeptical of these products in the past. Everyone I know that has one absolutely loves and raves about both of these products. I love cooking and using my kitchen, so I wasn’t sure how I’d do with using them & was honestly scared to try them. But I am here to tell you, I was terrified for absolutely no reason! I used this air fryer for the first time last week when I made Bell Pepper Onion Rings (bell peppers with seasoning and panko crumbs as the crust) and OMG, I was so impressed with how good it did & how amazingly crunchy the food was. It literally was as if I fried them in a pot of oil. Needless to say, I can’t wait to keep trying more recipes with the air fryer. It’s a MUCH healthier alternative to frying your food (duh!).
